2 topics for the price of 1
« on: February 08, 2009, 10:07:16 PM »
ok, since the forum is moving, i'll just ask my 2 questions in the same thread.

I'm ordering these so i'll write my review on them when i get them.  Anyone else try anything like these?

Also, Someone asked about it over on f150, but i'll ask on here.  Anyone use the Boar's Hair brushes? They are expensive but are they worth it?

Griots sells something very similar, a buddy of mine got something like this that is pointed like a yeild sign, he loves it...but he still uses glass cleaner with it.

As for the second question...sorry no experience with them but it seems to me that they would scratch.  But I have no idea.

Well I just found one on AutoGeek that is called the Glass Master Pro that is triangle shaped.   Being a big guy, it's hard for me to do windshields and rear glass.  I think the AutoGeek one may be better?

I would use it if I had one...I don't think any of us like cleaning the windshield or rear glass.

Never used the glass thing.

There's someone on another forum that swears by boar hair brushes on really dirty cars. He uses a foam gun and a boars hair to knock it lose.

I'll be ordering swissvax brushes along with a couple other things because imo, swissvax are the nicest ones you can buy.
