Wet Obsession
« on: October 28, 2008, 07:48:16 AM »
I've had it on my vehicle for about a month now.  I'm very happy with it.  I actually find myself admiring my truck everytime I approach it or walk away from it.  Even dirty it looks great.  I've washed it a few times and it's definitely seen it's share of bad weather since it's been applied.  It's holding up GREAT.  It has exceeded my expectations.  It really gives a nice wet look but best of all it seems to really be protecting my paint exceptionally well.  Usually, by now I would be able to feel all sorts of contaminants in my paint, however this is not the case.  It feels as if I've just clayed it.  I'm really impressed overall.  Look, protection, durability... all great.  I know there are waxes out there that will last longer and may protect better, but for a combination of everything, I'm sold on Wet Obsession.  Besides, I enjoy cleaning my truck and making it look good, so I don't really want something that is going to last forever.

Yeah I know, no pics.   :smack:  Next time.  I will have plenty of time this winter when I get laid off for the season and I will have a heated garage to use.  The paint has some very minor swirling, unnoticeable to the average eye.  They drive me nuts though which is why there are no pics.  I just haven't had time to fix them yet.  The hood needs some serious attention as well but I'm hoping to get a new hood (and other goodies) around income tax time.

And everytime I wash it, it rains.  We got an early Noreastern this week.  Anybody interested in the World Series knows the weather around here isn't pleasant right now.
