So we took Maddie to the Orthopedic for her leg length discrepancy.  The X-ray came back good and they think it’s muscular and related to her torticollis.  We already had physical therapy scheduled for later that day for her torticollis so we discussed the results with the therapist who agrees but wasn’t certified to make that call and without X-rays of her own she couldn’t be sure.  She doesn’t think it’s much of an issue and that with continued therapy everything should work itself out.  She was blown away Maddie’s progress this week so things are improving.

She’s making progress little by little.  Therapist wants us to get a brace for her neck now.  We are just waiting to see if she can get a prescription for it so it’s not so expensive.  She really did a great job and has come so far.  But really I just want to share pictures.  Haha.  This little girl kills me everytime she looks at me.

Tom, cute kid!  He is focused.  Haha. Maddie is a Bluey girl.  And I can’t lie.  I find myself really enjoying Bluey myself.

I know you’re talking to Tom but it’s actually pretty awesome watching Maddie slowly get more and more interested in the dogs. Now she will watch them when they play with each other.  On the other hand my nephew who likes almost nothing except his iPad, can’t stand when a dog even sniffs him.  Sad.

Truth be told, Herbie likes Gio a whole lot more than Gio likes Herbie. If Herbie had his way, Gio would get licked from head to toe every 5 minutes or so. Gio likes to pet Herbie, but hates getting doggie kisses. It is cute to see how protective (and gentle) Herbie is of his new little human though.

Our grandson Gio was taking a nap the other day and this big, vicious pit bull jumped up on the bed. Yup, Herbie loves his little buddy!

Our boys have a personal space issue and love to give kisses a little too much.  They will suffocate a grown man with kisses.
