Yeah 50 is way high for those.

I really like that a lot.  I think I even like them being black.  Haha

I think having the black trim helps, but I would have preferred to stay away from black personally. We’ll wait for them to get some curb rash and then see if I can change the color or maybe do them in Gloss black at least.

I just wanted to see if the wheels could be brought out a little more. Doesn’t look like much until you compare them side by side.

First wash after the coatings and I'm pretty happy with the results. Bugs came off super easy and the trim looks great. I did a spray ceramic topper on it and we'll see how things hold up.

What does a ceramic topper actually do.  How does it work or differ from any other product you would top it with?

Really, it just provides another layer of protection more than anything. I think that ceramics are pretty great and all, but with the constant removal of bugs, I think the topper helps the ceramic survive.

I get that.  But what’s special about them?  Only thing I can imagine is that they have a special bond to ceramics that other products aren’t able to bond to it.

The one I’m using is a SI02 based spray. The idea is that it is a durable sealant by itself, but also bonds to a ceramic coating in a useful way.

This may just be the “flavour of the week” but silica Dioxide based products seems to offer a good balance of protection and ease of application.

Steeda springs are in, I’ll have to take it for an alignment though.

Looks good! I'd give her a few days to settle down though.

I’m really happy with it. I think more importantly, the wife is happy with it.

It goes in for a alignment on Monday.

Only waiting on the rear sway bar and it’s all done.

Better pic, I think it’s got just the right amount of comprise between functionality and looks.
