Truck ran really good with the tow tune.

I did about 70-75 the whole way, quite a few pit stops where I left the truck running.

Same speeds and reset the mileage for the last 350ish miles. No trailer, but truck weighed 7136lbs when I hit the scales with cargo, passengers and almost a full tank of fuel.

Not too shabby.

Haha the speedo threw me for a loop for a second.  I thought, man you were moving!  Then remember, oh yeah, Canada.  Kph.

So the speedo is kph but the fuel economy is mpg?  Or did you just change it for us simple minded Mericans?  Haha.

Truck is looking good.  That's good mileage though.  Looks like a fun trip with the kid.

I also need to stop glancing at threads mid day when I can't respond because I totally forget about them.

I changed it to MPGs for the pic. Although, honestly I’m more inclined to convert to MPGs as that has always been my baseline.

Too bad the little guy doesn't seem to be having any fun.  :funny:

Had a awesome trip away with my little guy. He did really well for the amount of driving (he's only 3). We got to see lots of family and have some fun camping for a few nights throughout the trip.

The truck did awesome. The trailer was hooked up for all but 500ish miles of the trip. Did some exploring and off-roading, hundreds of miles of gravel, a lot of "pee stops" and some serious headwinds coming back west.

14 days
2765 miles
222 gal of gas used
13MPG Overall
63.06 hrs of "run time"

Wiring harness looks to still be a few days away. I'll update once I get it swapped out.

Had some fun today doing a few shuttle runs on a mountain about 40 minutes from home.

We hit 4 trails and one was STEEEEEP! I wish I would had the GoPro on.

Nice day for a ride!

Well the scenery looks nice.  No proof the bike was ever used though.

Alright alright.  I got nothin!  Nothing else to get on your case about.

Hoping to get out on the quads and SxS this weekend.  We cancelled our plans this past Saturday due to the 110 degree weather.

So the trip out wasn't worth its own thread.  We took Cassie's cousins out and yes inexperienced.  Which is fine.  Everyone starts somewhere.  Well he hit a water hole hard, it yanked him right, there was an uprooted pine tree hanging out in to the trail that entered the wheel well, went through the fender liner, ripped off the clutch vent tube, then proceeded to rio off the radiator house and then perfectly speared the spark plug boot and plug.  Ended our ride 20 minutes in.  $8 and some time had it fixed but we couldn't get the right plug local enough so I had to tow it out and fix it at home. The clutch vent tube and radiator hose we fixed on the trail.  The spark plug took 30 second once I got home and had the new plug in hand.

Taking out the plug is a heck of a lot better than a stick through the leg!
