Winch, mount, fox shocks, a-arms all swapped to stock. 20’s swapped on.

Hopefully I’ll get the steering wheel done over the next few days and then have to plan for the big effort of swapping the motor.

How many miles will the swapped motor have on it when you put it back in?  Is it completely stock?

Completely stock motor and it has about 80k miles on it. So less than the truck.

Gotta few Raptors to look at. I’m really hoping to seal a deal this year on one.

I sat back and thought about what I wanted in a truck and what I could change if needed.

Ended up steering away from Raptors due to the short box and ultimately what you get for the price.

Pulled the trigger on a ‘22 Lariat high package with 6.5ft box and max tow.

It will be ready for pickup on Friday.

Sync 3 swapped back to Sync 2 and the Kicker sub pulled and stock Sony sub put in it's place. A few more steps in the right direction. Big stuff should be happening when we get back from vacay next week.

I hate him for even having the energy to do this.  Both mental and physical.

So is any of this sold or is it just prep to sell the old truck?

Motor and trans are the only things that aren’t sold yet, but figured they would be the hardest to sell.

The transfercase will go back in when I get the stock motor and trans in. I have some prep work to do on the stock motor as I’m seeing a couple things that are close to failure and want to make sure the next person gets a solid vehicle.

Motor is out, prep and install of the replacement motor should be done this weekend. The. Gotta mess with the fuel system to get it back to stock and get the trans/transfer case back in. The goal is to have it running by the end of the month.

I dread having to change my brakes and oil.
