Looks great! Glad I could help from afar.

The closest thing to detailing I've been able to do was a full descale (really bad hard water stains) on a 33' power boat. (We used full strength Lime Away.) I followed it with a nice coat of Menzerna Power Lock. Unfortunately, the owner didn't give permission for pics. And since no good deed goes unpunished, my trusty 15 year old Porter-Cable 7424 finally bit the dust most of the way through the LSP application. It's going to cost $80 for a full rebuild.

Gotta get a stool... haha.  I'll tell ya what, I miss washing my Mustang.  The truck is a pain in the rear to wash.  Can't reach the middle of the tonneau, middle of the hood or half of the roof.

From what I can tell it looks good.  Looking forward to some good sunlight pictures.

I used to use RainX, but it seems it would always cause my windshield to fog up on the inside.  Doesn't make any sense since its applied to the outside unless it was just a really crazy coincidence.  Now I just use OptiSeal.  Wipe it on and walk away.  Use it on the entire vehicle minus the tires.

Tom, after 15 years, I'd say you got your moneys worth.

I won't disagree with that one! Besides, it's the machine that got me started in detailing.  :hp:

Thanks Guys, after seeing the abysmal performance of the rainx yesterday in the rain, I am going to try something different on the roof.

Went and bough a stool yesterday, this will also help with getting all of the hood knocked out on the truck.

I placed an order from AG for a few little items and a bottle Iron Out. I just hope it clears up later this week and I can finish off the car and take some obligatory pics... :uugly:
