F250 Dash question
« on: September 02, 2008, 09:50:05 AM »
So I have this little "issue" with my dash.

there is some type of sticky residue on the dash as if someone had a dash protector on it....what is the safe way to get that stuff off?

I would call it a light sticky substance.

Thanks for visiting the Cafe, come back often.  There's always something new!

Are you sure you daugter isnt helping dad clean his truck with juice from her sippy cup  :hammer:. I would probably try using a light dilution of APC or APC+ about 8 to 1 or 10 to 1 works for me and I have a seven year old step son is always leaving sticky little presents for me to find in my wifes Trail Blazer.

It isn't a white sticky substance is it?  :hammer:Nevermind.

I've had some pretty good luck with non solvent based cleaners on stuff like that. Castle makes a citrus cleaner that a friend loaned me a sample of and it took adhesive off very nicely.
