New to the site I'm so happy theres other detailing addicts like me on here! I love to see new reviews on new products and old ones I haven't tried. The same with the tools of the trade or hobby.

main tools:
Makita polisher

main products used so far

finesse it 3m    -- old school
liquid ebony     -- old school
hand glaze 3m -- old school
cg blacklight
ironx
Meguiars apc
blackfire soap

p.s.
I was looking for a review on the dupli-color tire shine coating..

The one that I have used from the list, CG Blacklight Glaze in the past. 

Which Makita do you have ? ( the rotary or the selectable DA - forced rotation DA )

I have the same unit, but I have only used it for cleaning pads w/ the grit guard so far.  Have not needed it for paint yet. :redneck:

First of all. welcome to the site!

Second, wow, Liquid Ebony. Man, I haven't seen that stuff in years, but used to use it all the time on my black 1979 Suzuki GS 1000. The stuff worked pretty darn well back in the day, but we can show you newer and better stuff in most cases.
