Blackberry Curve 8310 and 8320

Anyone know what the difference is? It looks like the 8320 is Wi-Fi capable, and the 8310 is not.

The reason I ask is I can get the 8310 for ~$60, or the 8320 for $250 with a $100 mail-in rebate. Thoughts?
