That was my first thought - that I would not want to touch my paint job with it.

My mom bought me a fake one once. It was okay around the house for dusting and stuff, maybe dusting the interior of a car (big maybe...)

Definitely would not let it touch my paint...

They do hold a boat load of water though.

Why do you gotta bring the Germans into this?

Sure, our Bishops like to spread rumors about the holocaust, but we make some good beer!

I turned out ok.... right?  :drunk:

My .02 on it...I use a shamwow type rag on my guns as a mat basically.

I also use them to get the grease off the guns when cleaning...works pretty good but there is no way I would let them touch my paint.  They are too hard and could induce scratching.

Once you get those SuperFly's you will be in heaven, they you can show them to the person asking about the shamwow's and allow him/her to feel the difference.

Thanks for visiting the Cafe, come back often.  There's always something new!

Actually, I think we gave up when the Germans gave us the Trabant - quite possible the most miserable transportation device ever created in the fatherland. (Of course the father might have been the pool boy too...)
