As most of you guys know, I sold my trusty 2014 Tacoma last March and bought a 2021 4Runner to replace it. As usual, I ordered a white one (Super White in Toyota terms) to keep my streak alive.
I've been meaning to do some minor correction work and then ceramic coat it for months now, but just didn't have the time. Last weekend however, I had enough time to wash and clay the truck, then polish it with CarPro Reflect on a white LC pad, followed by CarPro Essence on a green LC pad. I then applied two coats of CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0 twelve hours apart. Here's what it looked like after the second coat.
Not bad, but the pics just didn't capture how nice and shiny it came out. Then I washed the truck tonight just before taking Herbie (the dog) out for a walk, As I walked away from the house, I looked back and saw the perfect shot to show off the shine. How's this?
