Got to tinkering.    Pulled grill again and made some tweeks.....20 year old Dremel died half way through.   Was using it to mod the brackets so one side of the lights would sit more level.

OK, I have to be the turd in the punch bowl...  :dope:

Is that all plastic that you are mounted to ?
- It looks like it is.

I was looking at this for 5 min this evening, and think you might want a plate under it to add support to those bolt heads.

I am thinking vibrations creating spider cracks in the grille..

This is conjecture camouflaged as I know what I am talking about.. :redneck:

Hey I get what you are saying but this stuff is pretty beefy and these lights are not very heavy.   What you don't see is that flat washer under the nuts.   So its not just a bolt and a nut.   The top is an "L" bracket and is 1.5 by 1 inch, then a large washer and nut.   I will be monitoring it.   Takes me about 10 min to pull the grill.
Thanks for visiting the Cafe, come back often.  There's always something new!

At least you were thinking about it in advance.

Alright gents, I got to tinkering, just ordered a 20" light bar mount for my front bumper so I can mount my old 20" Aurora SR light bar I took off the Jeep....and got a relocation bracket for the front license plate.  I am going to be that asshole with 40K+ raw lumens facing forward.   LOL .

When you get it installed, you can face north-east and I can face south-west and we'll both turn everything on. I figure we'll light up most of the mid-section of the country. I find mine priceless when I'm driving around in the middle of nowhere.
