I have been looking at mini's for some time. I kept going back and forth on the Adam's vs the Flex.
After reading reviews, I got a 15% off deal on the Adam's and went for it.
It is a hefty machine well made.
I 1st tried OPT 3.25" Compounding pad & Hyper Compound. It did alright considering what I threw at it out of the gate. I ran it on speed 6.
I marked the pad base so I could tell when it stalled, and if I put moderate down pressure on the machine it would stall.
- Don't buy into the reviews that say it does not stall.
This setup will haze the paint pretty good and it removed the defects in the paint.
Next I went to a carpro pad and PB ProPolish. I ran it on speed 6.
It did a decent job removing the haze from the compounding step.
It is not made for this type of correcting, it seems to do better than the PC with a 3" adapter plate on it.
Any questions let me know.
