There was another post where someone had tested everything on the electrical system.  It was way under what it was rated for and I likely won't be running the headlights anymore either.

Those look like old school halogen lamps, like a 55 W H4 ?
- Hard to tell when magnifying the image 300% from the location on Tapatalk; it looks it would be a bail style bulb in a housing looking at the quad's right side bulb ( picture left )

If so, that would be 110W which is 9.1 A draw. 
Not using those and adding the LED lights would be close to a wash.
