Beautiful out this morning.  The road however, is an absolute wreck.  Looks like a mini version of the Grand Canyon.  I feel bad for anyone with a car... Like Cassie's WRX with it's brand new wheels and tires.  Haha.  Luckily she isnt your average girl and knows how to traverse the rough stuff.

I was made to sign a road agreement.  There are 5 houses that use the road to access their driveways.  Everyone was supposed to sign it but apparently atleast two of the neighbors refused.  One house only uses the first 50 feet or so.  I understand their refusal as they only use maybe 5% of the road so why should they be responsible for maintaining all of it.  Two of the other house are related (also related to the woman who sold us the house) and to my knowledge they both signed.  The one other house actually does more for the road than anyone and he refused to sign for some reason.  What's weird is it seems nobody knows the first family on the road.  I've spoken to some of the other neighbors and they have never met them.  I have spoken a few times with the other family who refused to sign and he has been great to me.  However he doesn't seem to care for the others and after speaking g to the others, they don't seem to care for him.  Best I can figure is he's a bit of a partier and can get loud.  He works for a paving company and in the winter keeps equipment at his house and freshens up the road when it gets bad from plowing.  Even offered to take care of my driveway for me when it snowed.  I maintain the overgrowth on the road so the road remains passable.  I may end up borrowing a skid steer and seeing if u can level the road back off.  I might be able to get a grader which would be even better.

Funny.  After going to the gym after my last post, the second driveway closest to the main road, also the longest driveway on the street and easily the most destroyed out of everyone's, well the owner I guess fixed his driveway all the way down to the main road.  So now half of the road coming in is fixed.
