Worked on a friends black jeep today.

Process was

Megs, APC+ wheels and tires and wells
Opti Wash using 2 buckets, Gilmore Foam Gun
Megs Blue Clay , Megs #34 lube QD
Taped off
Megs MF System, Compound and Finish Wax, used 3" and 5" and 6" pads on PC 7424 and PC 7424 XP and 6" on Flex.  (Tried using SIP on black lake finish pad, not enough cut)

Wipe down 50/50

Jeep is coming back on day 2 to get
Black Wow on fenders
Megs HD on tires and wells
Opti-Coat V2 on paint
Clean up on rockers, door jams, trim.

More photos in the sun coming.

Nice looking Jeep there JP! Now, are you and the owner going to take it right out on the trail and scuff it all up?  :redneck:

Saw some of these on Facebook.   I don't know...  Think they might be faked!

Haha.   Looks awesome!   Should make for one very happy owner.

That is quite possibly the best looking black Jeep I've ever seen! It's so, um, what are the words I'm looking for? Cheap and shameless!

Thanks guys

I am sorry i didn't post any before photos.  This was a last min job.  The jeep showed up at 5 pm in my driveway and I jumped right on it...wash then dry then jump right to clay.

It did take 2 passes of Megs Correction Compound and LOTS of spot work.

Paint is 95% perfect.   Owner is very happy.

I do have just over 9 hours total on the jeep.  And yes, totally shameless but I did post a few under the lights.  LOL

Nicely done.  Lots of shameless shots for this one, for sure.

Was this for profit or for a friend?
