First job in the new shop
« on: May 18, 2015, 08:35:22 AM »
I actually did a detail.  I didn't get many pics.  I am still not back to 100%, so all my energy was focused on getting the car done.

I had help on this one.  My wife helped with the interior and my son did a lot of exterior cleaning and touch up. He does wheels and rockers and windows for me on almost every vehicle I do these days.

Here he is kicked back and relaxing for a few.

Here are a couple of finished shameless shots of the car.  a 2008 LS460.  First detail ever.  The leather was almost brown when it came in.    Hit all the horizontal surfaces with Meg's 101, the Meg's 205 and Menzerna 4500 on everything.  Topped with Menzerna Powerlock.   Used Lexol on the leather and Meg's interior QD on the non leather bits on the inside.

Looks absolutely awesome Doug! Gotta love that Lexus paint huh? (Well unless of course you're JP or something.)

Turned out great!
