Yeah, for sure. I just don't want to be "obnoxious" and have the lights come on when I am backing up all the time. I also have control issues...

I'll likely set everything up so that I can just tap into the reverse circuit if I want to down the road. I have a good relay that I can use, but may look and see if they have relays with two different trigger inputs. I don't like the idea of running a diode, but not needed for what I have decided on right now.

Mine is on the reversing circuit on the 7 pin trailer tow.

I don't want to hear 'I didn't know you were backing up'
- If they claim that with the cube light, they are blind.

2016 "Sport" 20's dropped off for Sand Blasting and Powder Coating. Should have them back in a couple of weeks.

Now to find a light AT tire to run on them. Looking at going for a 275/60/20. Should give me good weight, size and look for a "sporty" set of wheels to run sometimes.

If you're going sporty why not just get a street tire?  Something that will hook, ride smooth, will be quiet.

I thought about it and haven’t completely ruled them out. I was thinking AT’s as I could use them for road trips and still be able to hit gravel and some logging roads if we wanted to.

Nitto 420’s are pretty cheap.

Back when I had my expedition I went from Mickey Thompson MTZs to Cooper Zeon LTZs.  Holy crap what a difference.  Boring sidewalls but man was it more enjoyable to drive with the smoother, quieter tire.  And yet I still get aggressive tires to this day.  Haha

I saw a Silverado yesterday with a sportier look that had Hankook DynaPro ATs on it.  Really good looking tire.  I don't know anything about them though.

That’s the goal, we’ll see if I can actually settle on something that checks all the boxes.

Well, had another set back last night. I have had this intermittent stutter at higher power levels.  It got quite a bit worse last night so I did some checking.

I found that #2 piston and plug were running richer than the other cylinders. After some testing, it appears to be the injector.

So new injectors are at least a week out. The Dyno will have to be re-booked.

You're killing me, man.

That's the way these things go I guess.  Lots of new parts and tweaking and testing.  That sucks.  Any damage outside of the bad injector?

Doesn’t seem to be any collateral damage so far.

I’m really bummed as I was also going to run it down the track tomorrow.

Dyno re-booked for June 12th. I should have what I need by the end of next week to get back to 100%

Truck I back online. So we’ll see what she does next week, pending any more disasters.
