I do love those blue covers.

Gauges finally installed and FX4 decal removed. Now to decide if I pull the ecoboost decals before I polish and re-coat.

Ah, I saw this then other day and forgot about it.  I love the way it looks without the graphics in the back.  I don't mind the ecoboost ones.

I am still in the remove them camp.
- I took every badge off the tailgate on the Nav.

Working on debadging the rear of the MKZ, or more correctly talking the Mrs into it.
- It might accidentally get done the next time she is out of town..

I think I'm going to pull them and then put one on the lower right of the tailgate. Just so the truck doesn't feel too naked.  :funny:

Went for a rip up to the mountains for a night. Truck is running really well. I think we finally have things dialed in enough to turn the power up a notch.

Unfortunately it’s snowing and we could see up to 8” back at home by tomorrow. Dirty truck...again.

Took the back roads home. Had a blast, but now the truck is really dirty.

Hmm.  Looks like a good place to fly a drone.  Just sayin...

My truck always looks like that.  Unless we get heavy rain storms.  Then I leave my truck outside and let nature take it's course.

Now you know what your truck would look like with white wheels.

It’s just getting a good rinse until the snow is all gone. Then I gotta crawl underneath and clean the undercarriage again.

Next up is to get the LED lights in the bumper. I have been messing around with a couple of wiring options and think I will have them hooked up to a "always on" power source and just use a switch to turn them on when I want.

I thought about triggering off of the reverse lights, but in the end, I only want them on sometimes.

I like the idea of them coming on automatically but there are just times you don't want them.  Immediately comes to mind is backing out of a parking spot in a parking lot full of people walking around.  I do really like the VLED license plate back up light but it's no cube light.
