They came off a 2015 F150. Guy wanted to do a mid-travel kit.

A couple more things mounted to the panels. Sorted out where to put the shovel, but need more mounts.

Still not sure what to do about the jack.

I also figured out that I can get access to the box even with the rack on top. So that’s a nice bonus if needed.

That can't be a smooth process opening up the cover.  Obviously it's not rolled up very well.  Haha.  But hell, I guess it's nice to know you can do it should you need to.  Though I imagine it will be more difficult with the tent mounted.

Yeah, it will definitely be harder with the tent but sometimes you gotta make sacrifices.

At least I can roll it up after if I need to leave it open, but not ideal.

Coil-overs installed today. It’s pretty amazing how much better they ride and handle the bumps. I’m blown away with how. Composed it is over speed bumps.

It’s also sitting more level now. We’ll see if they settle in a bit.

Are those reservoirs susceptible to damage should you crawl over a log or rock or something?  Maybe unlikely of a scenario but looks like you could drop down on to them.

Glad to hear they handle better though.  That's awesome!

I'll get a pic from a different angle, it would be pretty hard to whack one of them but not impossible.

PowerStop rotors and raybestos pads installed today. Wasn’t much left of the old pads, lol.

That looks like it is above the new skid plate if I am seeing the unpainted edge of it below the reservoir.

I downloaded the image and zoomed in, but my old eyes might be failing me.

I'm just sitting here marveling at how little rust you have on your undercarriage. Man, if you were up here, it wouldn't look nearly that pretty. Road salt sucks!

My geographical knowledge doesn't extend to Canada but I believe he's a little farther north than you are.  Maybe to the point they don't use rock salt because it's ineffective.

Steve, you're correct. That is the skid plate edge. so it's above the plate, but not really protected if the tire throws up a rock or something. I may look at mounting them on the strut towers if the lines are long enough.

TS, I am very thankful for the lack of salt around here. We do get a dose of it here and there, but our winters are so mild and rainy, that often rain will follow a cold spell and rinse all the salt away. The liberal use of Krown in the fall seems to have helped too.

Kitzy, back east and north of here where it get's pretty cold, they use way more sand then salt since salt doesn't do much past 10 below. I rather take salt over sand though, as I can decently protect and rinse off the salt. The sand pelts the paint and undercarriage.
