This weekend's project
« on: February 06, 2015, 08:42:11 AM »
Well, I am finally feeling well enough to get back into the shop and do some work.  This is coming down from Dallas this weekend for its first detail.

What the hell is it?  It looks like it's coming from a Chevy dealer and looks similar to the new Impala SS but I don't know that emblem.

Cool, who brought up the Vauxhall? I'm guessing it's Australian since it's left-hand drive.

Looking forward to some more pics!

EDIT: I don't know my left from right.

Looks like the steering wheel is on the "correct" side to me.

Wait a minute. Somebody's actually going to detail something here? Let me go check the Rule Book and get back.

It is a 2015 Chevy SS that has had all the stuff Chevy adds taken off and all the Stuff that Holden puts on the Commodores back on, so it looks like a Holden Commodore SSV.

One bad ass car.

Well.   I didn't get many pics taken at all, including no befores, but I can at least prove it occurred.   this is a beautiful machine.  Makes me want one.

Looks pretty sweet Doug! And, it's my favorite color too! When you see one of those bad boys in person, there's very little outward indication of what a rocket ship they are.

Very much so.  Only issue with this one here was that it wasn't loud enough for my tastes.
