They are building a new car wash next door to my shop. Works out great for me when I need a pressure washer for parts cleaning and for washing prior to starting a detail where I will be doing correction.

Well isn't that convenient.  Maybe you can put up a SIG. That says when you're done installing swirls you can come over and pay me to remove them.

My customers are all word of mouth and referral.  If I was looking for walk in business I might have a concern but since I work by appointment only it isn't an issue.  It will be a self serve wash, so there may not even be an attendant or a "detailer" there. 

I am actually happy, because the next closest wash is 4 miles away, so when I need to powerwash a vehicle it takes a lot of time.

I have no issue hand washing in my shop, but I can't use a pressure washer in my space, so this will be a big help.  I can take the wheels off and drive them next door and be back in 20 minutes.

That is cool Gip....I love having the almost free coin up at my RV Storage location, makes it really easy to knock the mud and cow crap off the side by side and jeep and truck.
