OK, I'll bite. What size bottle is included in "one full bottle of HD?"

My money is on a full gallon.  :redneck:

Yes, I decided that I can live with the dent or at lease let the PDR guy get it looking better, I like the light....that said, asked my buddy to rebuilds Helicopters to come help me solve the popping noise in the A Pillars...he quickly figured it out, came up with a brilliant yet simple solution and we re installed the brackets and light and re wired.  After 2 days of hard driving, not a single noise from the A pillars.

Really!?  You had to bring that up?  Haha.  I think noises you can't pin point are more annoying than noises that you know where they are coming from.

Oh, and jeep looks great!

It may be hard to explain but the popping nosise was cuased b/c two paint sufaces were flexing on each other due to the added part and weight of a light bar and brackets.

The fix that we did (that he did) was to wrap the touching parts with 3M clear body tape.   I just noticed that the passenger side will pop on heavy body flex but for the most part it is gone.

I am planning on doing a much more detailed fix thread for those running light bars.   It seems to be a common problem
