new (old) way to post youtube videos

Seems we have been having issues with with "invalid link" messages using our embedded youtube button.

so we killed that. 

Here is what you do now.  If you want to share the video from Youtube or that matter ANY video site, if they have a "share" click that and copy and paste that link into the post and it will automatically show up.
