DF Towels
« on: July 06, 2008, 09:33:56 PM »
What do you all think of these towels compared to pakshak towels?  I'm going to order some more MF towels pretty soon, and I like the look and price of the DF towels.

I actually tend to like the DF Towel better but, that's just a matter of opinion...

Leo has always been great to deal with... as has Ranney... but, I think of the two as a little different beasts...

DFT is almost always my choice of towel for LSP removal whereas some of my pakshak-like towels are typically used somewhere other than LSP... I use the ultraplush towels from him... they're great too.

Old habits are tough to break....

Either way, you're good to go on either, IMO... both are great towels.

Well as I said in another thread, I have a bunch of Meg's Supreme Shine towels, that I am planning on using for polish removal and stuff, just kinda considering getting a few (4-6) really really good towels for LSP removal and things of that nature.

Like RP, I also love the DFTowels for product removal. Yes, they will sometimes leave a few specs of lint behind, but they do remove products effortlessly, and buff the finish beautifully.

With that said, if you only had Ranney's Ultra's and Ultra Plush towels, you would never miss the DFTowels... Ranney's towels are that good.

So, I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Least aggressive product first = The MOST aggressive process (product/pad/machine speed) that will get the job done by removing the LEAST amount of paint, with the LEAST amount of work, in the LEAST amount of time.

Where do you get those towels you spoke of boss? I am getting very close myself to getting some new mf's and might want to give those a try.
