Jason, I forget, is yours a 450 or 550?  I thought that bumper only fit the 550 and 700 as they're identical less the motor size.  If I get into night riding I already know the setup I am going with.  The LED light bar.  I forget the brand.  Possibly two pointed outwards from each other slightly.

Mike, I have the little 450...i'll take a photo of my front end.    The light bars are awesome but I think you will prefer the pointable lights over the light bars.

There were pointable lights I was looking at too.  Can't remember their name either.  But I would end up getting four and angling them all a little different.  But two light bars pointed slightly out should turn night in to day.

From everything I've heard about those, they're pricey, but perform quite well.

Those duallys are the pointable ones I was thinking about.  The light bars are not though I don't think.  I could be wrong.

OK.  Finally found some time to do this.  I put on the wheels and tires and the front and rear bumper.  The bag is on as well.  So... pics.

EDIT tapatalk is not cooperating so I will try this again later.

I'm going to order the Rox riser kit, grips and new hand guards this week and then all that is left is the skid plates.

A few comparison shots.  Tires used to sit flush with the fenders.  Fenders were actually out maybe a quarter inch farther.  Now the tires sit out an inch and a half.

Bumpers.  The back was a pain and required a lot of force.  The front went fairly smooth.  I figured it would be the other way around given I bent the old front bumper.  Anywhooo...

Back bumper on as well as all four wheels and tires.

The front

Old.  Might be able to see the far side is messed up and required a torch, a come-a-long, a fork lift and a steel support beam to straightened out.

Old and new

All done.

And one of the bag...

Looks great! The tires sure make the bike look different. I remember not too long ago when those tires would have been about the most aggressive mud tires you could get!

Thanks.  Yeah outlaws and silver backs pretty much crap on everything else out there as far as aggressive mud tires go.  You can't even run them without doing clutch work and axles.  These are techinically an all terrain tire that edges slightly more towards mud.  Great all around tire though and pretty light for what they are.

Forgot to mention stock tires are 25" tall while the new ones are said to be 27" they actually measure out at 26" even.

man mike that bike looks great.  I would opt for a seat cover too...they sure do come in handy.

you're gonna get a tad muddy with the new tires.    It sure looks great.  Mine still stick out 2" with the new fenders.

That rear bumper looks awesome.

Thanks Jason.  Yeah that rear bumper looks awesome on there.  I just wish it was a full replacement but it really stiffened up the rear.  Do you have wheel spacers on that thing or just a crazy 2+5 offset?  That's crazy.  It probably feels really stable though.  Surprised you're not wearing out those front end parts.

Seat cover???

And bring on the mud!!!

no wheel spacers but a big offset.  Too much if you ask me.
