TAPATALK Questions

I just downloaded the app and have a few questions for any of you that are using it.  One, can you not post in the shout box via the app?  I don't see in anywhere.  And two,  seems like sometimes it won't even work unless I'm connected to a wifi source vs. just using the Verizon network.  Sometimes it does...other times it doesn't.  Any suggestions?

Shout is not available via tapatalk.


I have no issues on 4G with it, so don't know what to tell you there.

I don't have any issues with it anywhere either.  Works on Wifi and 3G here.

Just saw this...an new update is already out, I need to load it on the site.

That said, you cannot shout via the app....

Unless someone has figured that one out.   The Shout and other boxes on the sides of the forum are not part of the forum per say, they are part of an SMF portal add on.

Just did the upgrade to the new version, not sure what features are new.

Okay thanks guys.  I could have sworn I noticed RR make a shout using the app, but I guess that's just bad memory.  I'm not sure what the issue is with connection......just decides it doesn't want to work on 3G alone sometimes.  If I connect to a wifi source, all is well.
