new guy from Mississippi
« on: August 24, 2008, 10:10:19 PM »
Hi guys. My name is Heath. I'm a novice detailer and full time paramedic/flight paramedic. I'm a member of a few detailing websites. My buddy Justin (obsessivedetail) suggested I join this forum. Looks pretty nice. I see a couple of handles I know so far. Detailers are great. Its kinda like Mustang or Vette owners, we're a big family and try to hook each other up. I'm a detailing product junkie. I've tried a bunch and i've still got a ton to go. Looking forward to some product discussion.

Heath

Justin is a friend of mine back from MustangForums. I'm not affiliated with him or his business. He's my friend and if I can help him promote his business I will. I believe in helping my friends, as would anyone. I bought some of my first online internet products from him a couple of years ago and its been my drug of choice ever since. I haven't let up since then. I try to explain to some ppl about what it is I like about detailing, they just cant seem to comprehend that its relaxing and it gives you a feeling of accomplishment when your done. Its a challenge sometimes as all of you know. The problem with being in Mississippi is, most ppl only know the word wax and buffer. If you put it on the car, its a wax, if its a machine you use on the car, its a buffer. The money isnt there in paint correction. Most ppl here want a wash/wax/vac and if you charge over $100 you might as well tell them you need a new coat of paint. Thats just the way it is here. I'll stick to my current profession as long as I can. It pays good and they let me wash my car =) (wax n buff too).

I hope to be the new owner of a Dynabrade rotary in the next couple of weeks (Thanks A.R.) and some SuperNatural.

Sorry for the book.
Thanks for the welcome rollingrock (thanks for the coach too. He's a Nutt)

Heath

Nutt is a great coach if he can keep is hog in the pen if you get what I am saying.  He had it made at AR, was set up to be the next AD when Frank dies..he has terminal Cancer..the state loved him, players did too, he has much to learn and as you know...being in the SEC, it's tough.

For Nutt, you can have em.  You'll get a new offense which every team in the SEC knows now.   It will be exciting and everyone expects the Hogs to get killed this year...too many players lost do the draft.
