Here is a Honda Element that I did earlier today.  Put on some new Deep Reflections wax.  Has pretty decent reflection for this color of paint.

always wondered....what/how do you treat the plastic?

Leave it or dress it?

Thanks for visiting the Cafe, come back often.  There's always something new!

I've always put Opti Seal on the plastics on this Element and the trim has held up great.  No fading at all.

Cool, I knew Tom and Mike did that too, but wasn't sure on this much surface area.

BTW, car looks great.   Even for what it is.

Jason,

Looks pretty sweet! If I didn't already have more Wet Obsession than I know what to do with, I'd be all over that stuff.

So how do you like doing those big GM SUV's - especially in black? My arms are still hurting from the last one I did!

That's Justin!  lol

I hate doing black vehicles in general, this one really wasn't too bad.  I do a lot of vehicles for a dealership and I don't ever do any full correction on them.  I like to use the Opt Spray Polish because it is very versatile and actually has some decent cut depending on the pad used.  That Suburban had some light to medium swirls and spiderwebbs and the Spray Polish actually took them out rather easily.  Most of the dealership vehicles I use Opt Poli Seal, but when they do need a little extra attention, I use the Spray Polish.

Oops, sorry I got the name mixed up Justin. Brain fade is a terrbile thing.

Interesting that you do that much dealer work. Most of the dealers around here don't want to spend any time ($) truly detailing cars. And we all know you do top notch work. You must have somebody that truly appreciates good work there. Cool!

The dealership that I do work for wants high quality used vehicles, so I charge them pretty close to the same price as a normal customer.  It is pretty nice, most other dealerships wouldn't pay the prices I charge.

Geez, and I thought I got stuck doing a ton of big, black trucks! Nice to know I've got company in the 42" sleeve club. Nice work Justin!

Thanks!  I just wish I had some more time to post some before and afters. I don't see how some of these guys that detail full time, actually have time to take a lot of pictures.

I need to take some time to show some interior work, have really had some nice turnarounds lately.
