Funny actually because the name goes back kind of a long way.  I turned it in to an acronym when moving on to different sites where I didn't think it was appropriate anymore and I had just grown out of it.  Kept the same idea just for the sake of simplicity.  I can only tell you what the "E" stands for and that is "Eat".  You figure the rest out.  So yeah, it was definitely a more no-nonsense type of name.  Haha.  That's the first time I ever explained what it stood for.  I always thought someone would eventually ask when they realized it wasn't my initials.
