As probably the biggest threat to me repeating as Grand Champoin in this contest, I just can't tell you how much that breaks my heart!

Jeeeeze, you guys and the whole "driving your trucks" thing.  I've put 230 miles on my truck in the past month, and that was cause I had to go pick up a weight set.  Weather sucks, truck is stayingg in the garage.   :nana:

Ah yes, the famous running board / side step snard. Fairly rare and difficult to form. I have the same steps and mud flaps on my truck and they really hinder proper snard formation. You may just have a winner in this category though. Nice work!

Remember though, the winter is young!

If thing gets any bigger it's going to need it's own ZIP code.

I'm heading to Winnipeg next week to do some sledding, I hope to be able to post something up on here. I would have been a contender back in the day!

Just took a look at the official rules for the contest and here?s what they say:

2.07.116c: Sub Category 18: Tube Step / Running Board Snards

To be eligible for entry, Snards must have:
1. A mass equal to or greater than 37.8 cubic inches - or
2. A total weight of 3.9 pounds (not including the support structure)
3. A density of at least 33%
4. A color somewhere between ?snow white? and ?crap grey?
5. Applied for a Zip Code

So you?re in!

Time for my medication.

Not much this year so far.  But despite the color there was no off roading.  That's just the color of the crap they throw on the roads in northern NM.  This was on the way home after tearing up my knee skiing.  Still hurting.  Have an appointment to have a custom brace fitted Monday morning. :beat:

Tom, you are right I think that a new catagory for ugliest snard is in order after CSAD's entry.

Personally, I think if we don't give it some kind of award, it's going to come after us. One crazy ex-girlfriend is enough for me thank you!

Hmmm. Truthfully, it's pathetic. But, I'm sure the judges will take location into account. Of course they'll be even more willing to take unmarked twenty dollar bills into account!
