this is my 6 year old shooting the pellet gun for the first time

Totally adorable!  :clap:I somehow forgot that formal wear was required for target practice though. Is that a Texas custom?

OK, so somebody has to scold you for not putting the safety back on when you left the gun to check the results.

She was dressed up for a party but we wanted to shoot before....and yes, you're right, should have put the safety back on but it is a one shot pellet gun, regardless, it is the proper thing to do, in fact, the next shot she did, we did put the safety back on and broke the barrel before going down range.
