I would suggest at least 2 or better yet 3 of each color so 6 is the right number (2 orange, 2 white, 2 black).  You will not have to clean them as you go and also a spare is always good in case of mishaps.

Got my PC today. Came with a 5inch counterweight, and a 6inch Counterweight. Came with the 6" backing plate, I wanted the 5, but I guess it saves me time and trouble in the future.

Question, this other pad came with it, it's like foam and white. What's it good for?

I always tell my customers to not even use them.  They are known to break while using them and you don't want to take a chance slamming the machine onto your paint if they do break.
