Back before I really had any idea what I was doing, I used a product that I believe is the same as the All Wheel Cleaner. I know it was called A2Z All Wheel Cleaner but it was in an orangle bottle. It worked pretty well but it was on stock Mustang Pony wheels. the brand of the wheel doesn't really matter. It's more about how they're finished, ie. chrome, raw polished aluminum, powdercoated clear or other. The safest thing to do is use the same soap you use on your paint and just keep up with them. As long as you don't let anything bake on for an extended period of time car wash soap and a bit of agitation should work just fine. If you want to use that wheel cleaner I'd first make sure you don't have any uncoated metal on your wheels. I don't know anything about that Keep Clean you speak of. I wouldn't expect too much out of it. Wheels see such extreme temperatures that coatings don't generally hold up. Some synthetic waxes will give you some protection though and help repel dirt.
