What pads.....?
« on: December 10, 2009, 08:42:38 PM »
I just posted in the polishes/surface correction products on what i should use after M105 and what pads i should use with M105 and whatever is recommended after M105.... I have not done any detailing in a while and dont know if anything new has popped up that i should be using.

My questions are,

What Pads should be used with the following:

PB Black Hole

PB EX-P

PB Nattys red.

I would use a gray or blue pad with those.

Black hole should be on a finishing pad of some sort. Having never used it, if it were handed to me, I would probably use a LC CEVC Black. I also got some flex foam pads http://www.autodetailingsolutions.net/cross-cut-foam-pads.html - a while back. Would also use the black. Blue would also be an option.

EX-P would be on black, if it were an LSP, I would probably apply by hand.

Natty's being an LSP I would apply it by hand.

Hope that helps.

I use a white pad with 105 but if I need more cut will step up to an orange pad. After that 205 works great on a white pad or even a black pad.

I mainly use the LC 5.5 with the PC and my rotary now. I use the 4 inch every now and then on tight areas.
