From what customer service told me, and based on the description on the Shopnbc site .. they are selling the 3" and have the wrong picture up ..

shop has the retail price as $89 or something like that ,,.  Griots has it @ $89  and the 6" @ 129



I have not used this one .. but at that price, and with 30 days to send it back if it isn't the right one, I am going to give it a try ..

Good pick up, I get the mag every other month or so, and have seen the 3" machine but never thought to get it.

there are threads running on other sites that mostly say .."SAVE your money"

one friend of mine has had to return his three times and all of them were broken or didn't run right ...

you are best off just getting a smaller backing plate for your pc

Which is why I have never picked it up straight from Griot's ..     but at that price .. I will give it a try ..  if I don't like it, I will use it as a small detail sander ..
