I'll probably sell it in a few months anyway but yes I like to haul people and stuff in the bed.  Maybe I should make an Expedition 150??  :redneck:

 :nana:

Any reason why you'd sell it right away? Seems sorta pointless to buy something you're unhappy with just to sell it in a few months.

I've been off work for a little while so I've been trying to buy some cars here and there to sell.  I don't make a huge profit but try to make a couple bucks.  I need to buy a truck and another car for the wife to drive this winter and I'm just trying to buy them right so if I want to resale I can and hopefully not get hurt.  I may keep the next one for a while who knows.... I would really like to get another Harley this spring though.

I love my expedition.  I am craving more power though.  A mustang is in my future.  Either that or a complete rebuild with a supercharger.  Regardless the expedition has been good to me and I will be keeping it one way or another.

That sure is a lot of metal to keep clean!  I like them especially for trips or hunting adventures they would be real nice.  That black one that I post the link on isn't too bad looking.  I still like the crew cab trucks though.

Well, I'm off to Chicago tomorrow morning to pick up a 2002 King Ranch unless something outstanding isn't right with it.  Here are a couple pics it will be minus the topper. I have definitely have my work cut out for me as far as detailing on this truck!  :hp: :hp:

The leather ought to be fun to take of too.

Nice! Looks an awful lot like RP's old truck. I'm sure he can tell you all about that special KR leather.

Very nice truck.

The outside looks shiny, that's a good sign. I know nothing about KR Leather, so good luck with that.

Well, you will want to hear from Rock on this subject

But I will tell you what I do.

First let me tell you to NOT use Lexol Cleaner (Orange bottle) on your seats, ever.

To wash I use stupid hot water and baby shampoo with a microfiber towel.   dip the MF in the water, wring out then place on the seat, (This is called the spa method), when it cools, take it off, and repeat, repeat repeat, until that section is darker in color and wet but not soaked...you can gently scrub the surface with the mf....do each section of the seat like this...if the water gets dark, change it.

Allow the seats to dry but I apply leather condition before they are completely dry, I like the PB Leather Stuff, KR Stuff, Leather Masters is great....when complety dry, I hit with Leather CPR.

That is what I do....I would take Rocks more detailed approach over mine until you feel like you got the hang of it and what works for you.

Also I would like to see some befores and afters of your seats.

JP

Will Gerber Oatmeal scent work?  :redneck:

I have a bunch that I will post in the section for details as I want some advice on what approach you gents would take.
