Title: Now I can quit complaining...
Post by: Kitzy on May 18, 2017, 06:54:16 AM
My new golf cart. Picked it up last night.  2015 2500HD SLT All Terrain Duramax.  It's a few options short of a Denali.  42,000 on the clock.  More pics later.  It was late.

Thanks guys.  Here are some more pictures.  The truck was cleaned up by the dealership and then driven 75 or 80 miles or so up and down the turnpike over the last day and a half.  So its worse than when I left the dealer.  Full of bugs.  But you get the point.

Awesome upgrade Mike!

Geez, you weren't kidding about being jealous of all the other vehicle upgrades, lol!

Haha.  It's funny.  I had no intention originally of going with a higher trim level.  We were sitting in the dealer waiting on the paper work for her WRX to be ready and I got tired of waiting and decided to drive the Ram Laramie.  It ruined me.  I wasn't able to look at lower trim levels again.

Uh, leveling kit.  New wheels and tires.  Front windows tinted to match the back.  Some LED cubes and bars... Not what you meant?  Haha

FYI, it is expensive to level one of these trucks properly.

To me it does not look like it needs a leveling, it looks great the way it sits with the suspension and body lines.

I do like the looks of these when I see them on the road; sharp looking truck,

It will sit perfect if he uses is as a truck and puts something in the box!  :bart:

Not that I'm one to talk or anything... :nana:

I just used it to haul the kayaks up to the lake.  Does that count?  Granted it was less than 100 lbs total with both kayaks but still, the bed was full!

I think it needs a level personally I just can't justify it right now.  When you see them sit next to a leveled one, they look so much bigger and better.  No rush though. It's not a priority.

Guy pulled up next to me at the gym in a leveled Ram 2500.  Just leveled.  Absolutely dwarfed my truck.  Drives me crazy.

Yes.  Rams can comfortably fit a 35 inch tire with just a level.

Ha, I wouldn't worry about it. He's probably a "I bought a Cummins, not a Ram" sort of guy. But I guess he deserves some credit, he isn't pulling a ghost trailer.

Hilarious!  I do have to say though, with the mirrors in their standard position, the blind spot mirror is in a terrible position.

Why are you both parked on the sidewalk?

It's what all the cool kids do...

Actually, all of the parking in town is at a 45 degree angle coming down the road as opposed to perpendicular or parallel.  But longer vehicles tend to stick out pretty far so almost all trucks pull up on to the concrete.

A better question.   What is a "gym"

Never heard that word before.

I think the J is silent.
